Product Overview

The LV-1 BOPP Tape High-Speed Coating Machine is a compact coating system designed for small-scale adhesive tape manufacturers. It uses a two-roller transfer coating method to apply water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive evenly onto BOPP film, which is then dried in an oven and wound directly into small finished rolls.

With an effective coating width of 500mm and an adjustable coating speed from 7 to 30 meters per minute, this machine features a dual-shaft winding system with a maximum winding diameter of 150-300mm. It produces small finished tape rolls directly without requiring a separate slitting machine, making it a cost-effective choice for startup factories and small-batch production.

Working Principle

BOPP film is unwound from the feed unit and passes through a tension control system into the coating head, where pressure-sensitive adhesive is transferred onto the film surface via the two-roller transfer coating method. The coated film then enters the oven chamber, where hot air circulation evaporates moisture from the adhesive layer. After drying, the tape passes through cooling rollers and is finally wound into small finished rolls by the dual-shaft winding system.

Coating System

Oven Drying System
